For the last 10 years, there has been a crisis slowly creeping that will impact national security. What is that you ask? Recruitment numbers are drastically falling each year. This should be a huge concern to all of us. Especially for a nation that fills its ranks with volunteers, unlike many other countries where it is mandatory service at 18.
