Getting help when Offered

A lot of times, we tend to reach out or silently ask for help in the hopes that someone listens. However, when someone does offer help or a solicited solution, oftentimes we don’t take it. I know from an offering point of view it can be frustrating. Why is that? Why do we shy away from assistance when we know we can use it? Let’s talk about that and more.
