Grief and Loss

At my age, I've had my share of losses. Unfortunately, this is an area that I've been more than I can count. This week, someone close to me passed away and it has hit me quite hard. Funny how death is the one thing that is guaranteed and yet it's so hard to terms with. I'm curious to hear how you deal with it. Join me.
