How do you measure success?

Are you being the best possible version of you? Are you truly performing at your full potential? If so, how do you determine that? What’s your measuring stick or comparison to verify that you are? This question can be placed to about everything in your life i.e. your job, life, relationship, opportunities, business, performance, sports, etc.. We tend to lie to ourselves because we get comfortable. Comfortable with that dead end job, that unsatisfying relationship, a missed opportunity, etc. Comfort is where all dreams and hopes go to die.
