Periodically, I test the job market out to see what the industry is doing regarding pay compensation for job seekers. I then share that information with transitioning service members and retirees. It is shocking as well as appalling to see employers asking this tall order of requirements from applicants and the employer paying almost nothing in return. You need to know what you are worth and stick to it. This not only applies in the job market, it also applies in life, relationships, etc. Let's talk about this on today's show.
